You can use your credit card or PayPal account to order your portrait with our online order form. For your protection, we do not receive, store or maintain a record of customer credit card numbers. Ordering through PayPal gives you 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account. Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will show you a proof of your digital portrait, either online or by email. You will be able to approve it or ask for alterations at that time. We will only ship the print after you are completely satisfied with the online proof and have made payment in full.
Note: We have to make the file's size and resolution smaller than the original — due to the limitations of the Internet. The quality and details sometimes are not as easy to see, but I will send you an extreme closeup of any section you request. Once you have approved the portrait, no refunds will be made.

*Remember, send only an extra print of your photograph, do not send the original print.

Professional photographs will not be used without the written consent of the photographer. (see footnote)

How to send your Digitized Photograph
If you have a digital version of your photo, you can attach it to an email and send to me at bobbi@fauxpawportraits.com. Digital files must be at least 200+ resolution (dpi) and not less than 1600 x 2400 pixels. If your file is over 7mgs (and under 100), you can the FREE service at http://www.yousendit.com to send it to me. If you have your photo scanned locally, be sure to let them know that you will be using the file for photographic prints and need it scanned at very high resolution. Send the photo's digital file and order form to me (bobbi@fauxpawportraits.com) by attaching them to an email. Most email clients will accept files up to 10,000kb. If the file is too large to send by regular email, you can use the FREE site http://www.yousendit.com to send files up to 100 MB. You may also save the photo file to a disk and send by regular mail, along with the printed and signed order form. NOTE: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will not print the portrait until you have affirmed the proofs acceptability and sent in your payment.

Resolution
The minimum digital file size needs to be 200-300 dpi and 1600x2000 pixels for an 8"x10" portrait. Larger portraits require larger files. If you have your photo scanned locally, be sure to let them know that you will be using the file at 8"x10", 11"x14" or 16"x20", whichever size you've chosen. Send photo file and order form to me by attaching them to an email. Most email clients will accept files up to 10,000kb. If the file is too large to send by regular email, you can use the FREE site http://www.yousendit.com to send files up to 100 MB. You may also save the photo file to a disk and send by mail, along with the printed and signed order form and your check or money order.

After your approval, your painting will be printed on Epson PremiereArt Water Resistant Canvas (350 gsm, 19mil) with archival inks that, if handled properly, will last a lifetime.
